By doing business with Screen Prince LLC you are agreeing with the following Terms & Conditions:
TERMS
A 100% deposit is required to place your order and to get the print process started. This is necessary to cover the cost of the time and materials needed to print each job, as well as for the items being printed themselves.
MINIMUMS
Screen Prince LLC has no minimum size orders!
TURNAROUND TIME
Typical turnaround time is 10 business days starting from the day all artwork has been received and approved, all items to be printed have been received, and full payment has been received. If you need something faster, rush orders can often be accommodated, but are subject to additional fees. Rush orders will not be available on every project.
Rush fees
3 business days - Total invoice + 100%
4 business days - Total invoice + 75%
5 business days - Total invoice + 50%
6 business days - Total invoice + 25%
7-9 business days - Total invoice + 15%
For example: 3 business day turnaround -
Monday- all artwork and items to be printed have been received and approved, and invoice including rush fee has been paid in full- printing will be completed by end of day Thursday.
SHIPPING
Yes, Screen Prince LLC can ship your order! You can provide your own shipping label at no additional cost or have Screen Prince LLC quote you as your order is being completed. In most cases shipping costs won't be known at the time the original invoice is paid, and will need to be calculated once the job is completed and boxed up. A separate invoice will be sent for shipping. Once it is paid your order will be shipped.
ART FILE SUBMISSION
All images should be 300 DPI or higher resolution. If the resolution is lower and pixelated (jagged edges when zoomed in), it will negatively affect the quality of your print. Please email with questions.
Screen Prince LLC accepts Adobe illustrator and Photoshop files (.ai or .psd) To avoid an art edit fee, please be sure your art is print ready and sized according to your project. If your art has multiple colors, please have the file in layers. Screen Prince LLC currently prints a maximum of 4 colors.
The ideal format is a vector-based image made in Illustrator, with all fonts converted to outlines, sized correctly, and ready to print. For pixel-based images (.psd, .jpg, .tiff, etc.) please use 300dpi to print size. Keep the design in original layer format.
Screen Prince LLC can also work with you to create original art or to edit an image you would like to use, for an additional fee.

$15 Color separation (per color, as needed)
OVERSIZED ART
Art should be sized according to the smallest garment it will be printed on. Oversized images can end up on seams, collars, or get cut off. If you are working with a large image, we can help you tailor it to achieve the best print possible. Maximum print size is 14" x 16", but 12" x 14" is recommended.
COLOR MATCHING
Screen Prince LLC uses a physical printed Pantone book C (coated) for plastisol ink color matching. Please note that every effort is made to mix colors accurately, still due to the ambient light, the curing process, and diverse materials being printed, variations in the colors being matched may be found. Color discrepancy or accuracy will not qualify for a refund.
SPOILAGE GENERAL TERMS
Screen Prince LLC strives for top quality printing and to minimize errors in the print run, however everything is printed by hand by a human and sometimes mistakes happen.
Screen Prince LLC reserves the right to approve or reject any spoilage claims. All agreed spoilage or errors on a print will be resolved in the form of a print credit. Print credits may be used on any future print job with the customer named on the specific project invoice.
A customer can make a claim by sending an email to trevor@screenprince.net with a copy of the invoice, description of misprinted items (quantities, styles, colors, sizes) and reference photos of each item for review to expedite the resolution process. Due to the restrictive cost of materials and time required for the production of small quantities, we will NOT reprint items in an order with spoilage of up to 5% per design for orders of 100 prints or more, or 10% per design for orders under 100 prints. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, as it may be prudent to get a few extra items in each size or style. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours from the day of pick up/drop off or of delivered shipment from Screen Prince LLC.
SPOILAGE: CUSTOMER PROVIDED ITEMS
Screen Prince LLC will not be held liable for the replacement of any item not purchased and invoiced directly through Screen Prince LLC. Screen Prince LLC will only be accountable for the value of the amount paid on the project invoice. In the event of any misprints, damages, or errors, Screen Prince LLC will not reimburse the cost of items provided and will only credit the amount paid on the invoice. Credits can be applied to any future orders placed with Screen Prince LLC.
MANUFACTURING DISCLAIMER
Screen Prince LLC focuses primarily on screen printing and the embellishment of manufactured goods (apparel, tote bags, etc) Screen Prince LLC is not the primary manufacturer and therefore cannot guarantee variances in size, shade, or construction of garments and other miscellaneous merchandise. These issues will not qualify for a partial or full refund. The best way to avoid problems from the manufacturing side of production is to purchase from trusted vendors and purchase test samples to review before running the whole production order if you are unsure.
ARTWORK COPYRIGHT
Screen Prince LLC provides a printing services for customer provided artwork. Customers assume all legal responsibility for artwork submitted for printing without exceptions. Screen Prince LLC is committed to maintaining and respecting all copyright laws and therefore any risk associated in reproducing art submitted to Screen Prince LLC is 100% the sole responsibility of the customer who has requested and placed the order. A Screen Prince LLC invoice represents a good faith contract that the customer agrees only to print legally obtained artwork, original artwork, or licensed artwork (with proof of license). If Screen Prince LLC is associated or involved in any copyright infringement dispute related to a customer, any and all legal fees will be paid by the customer who submitted the order. In addition all Screen Prince LLC administrative fees will be billed at the rate of $200 per hour and any additional time / production work or material loss will be billed at the standard sales production rate to customer associated with the order regardless of legal outcome or resolution.
